Our service offering can serve as a solution for ‘bridging a recruitment gap’, provide a short-term helping hand or become your ‘go to’ for all your administrative needs. Retainers afford you the choice to ‘secure our time’ at an economical, cost -effective rate for longer periods.

We can also provide full project packages in advance allowing you to plan, and reserve vital resource.

*The “Introductory offer” is payable in full & in advance. This offer cannot be used as ‘Top-up’ hours or in conjunction with any other discount.

Monthly retainers give you a pre-paid, fixed amount of hours per month & are offered on an initial 3-month minimum contract, 50% to be settled in advance. 50% on completion of service, payable within 30 days.

We also provide full project packages in advance allowing you to plan and reserve vital resource. Project retainers are available with a discount if our services are required for longer periods of time (6 months +).

We only charge for hours used rounded to the nearest 15 minutes. Un-used hours cannot be rolled over, use the time wisely. If you’re not utilising your hours or run low, We will let you know.

Pay as you go hours are charged at £30.00 per Hour, offered on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability, current workload & current commitments.

Out of hours requests will be charged at £40.00ph, offered on a first come first served basis and are subject to availability, current workload & current commitments.
